Basic Legal Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Missouri
- Must be at least 18 years old
Proof of Qualifying Conditions
- Has Intractable Epilepsy
- Must meet with a neurologist to be registered with the Department of Health and Senior Services
Complete the Paperwork
- Must be seen by a licensed neurologist
- Must obtain a written recommendation for DHSS from a licensed neurologist
- Once given recommendation, the patient must register with the Department of Health and Senior Services
